About Ma Mere
Ma Mere Confections has grown from a single market trestle table and a staff contingent of one into a fully-fledged factory operation employing 12 happy, hard-working confectioners and confectioners-in-training. Products are made traditionally, in a slow and precise manner, handcrafted using only the best ingredients. The processes Ma Mere uses in making sweets are not dissimilar to those their mothers used, adding an element of nostalgia that sweetens the old heartstrings.

Too sweet for my taste.
I should have read the ingredients before I bought this — as it's mostly sugar and pomegranate isn't even listed. As a result it tastes incredibly sweet and artificial to me. Perhaps some might enjoy it — but if you're looking for a more natural cordial with real ingredients that actually tastes like pomegranate — this isn't it!
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
