The Panforte is a traditional cake dating from medieval times and since then in Siena, Italy. The Crusaders used Panforte, or 'strong bread', as a source of nutrition and energy-giving sustenance. Leo Foods Panforte Margherita - is a heavenly mixture of honey, spices, glace fruit and nuts. Packaged in medieval-style packaging, the Panforte Margherita is an excellent gift.

Very disappointing.
Awful. Tastes like a spicy gelatinous goo. No comparison to the real, traditional panforte. I wouldn't buy this product again — even at a 90% discounted price.

This is beyond yummy. What a treat !! Soft, crunchy, sweet and spicy all at once. Seriously delicious, and next time I order anything from Yuppiechef, I will treat myself to another one!

Bought this for Christmas consumption, but couldn't wait that long... it's absolutely lovely, the honey, spices and fruit blend beautifully. I will definitely be back for more of these.
