Great sausage maker for vegans
On my 1st attempt I cooked the sausages in the microwave as suggested by the recipe. It cannot be easier than this, 5 minutes and it's done.
On my 2nd attempt I cooked/steamed the sausages in a steamer basket in a pot. I prefer the 2nd method as steaming keeps the sausages moist. (I do make my own seitan and steaming works best for me). The "veggie sausages" gets a 5 star as it's super easy Read more
