Sturdy yet flexible
The first thing I used it for was when making rusk dough (which is quite a sturdy dough) and it worked really well. The spatula shaft is sturdy enough to get the dough out of the mixing bowl, and the head is flexible enough to scrape to bowl clean. I am very happy with my purchase!
