Delicious Goodness
Easy to use. Easy to clean. And bakes breads without fuss.
I was skeptical when I bought it but these worries were immediately disproved with my first loaf. I find it much easier to bake breads as there are no worries with a bread falling flat or being dry.

Great so far
So far so good. Have only used it once so far for my sourdough bread. Mixing, stretching, developing, second rise and baking - all in the Lekue - resulted in an amazing bread.
Highly recommended. Will update as I go along.

So easy to use and makes bread that looks professional! I had my doubts, but this really surprised me.
Easy, clean, quick. The only thing I would say is to add extra flour to the inside of the bowl and your hands to deal with the stickiness.
