How to cook with your dish:

• Always use oven gloves when handling anything hot
• Use Le Creuset Silicone Tools, wooden, or heat-resistant plastic utensils — be gentle with metal utensils to avoid damaging the cooking surface
• Match dish size to hob ring for even cooking, this is extra important for induction hobs
• Cook on medium or low heat, even for frying and searing, let the dish heat up slowly and lower heat after reaching the desired temperature
• Don't slide the dish on glass hobs, lift it instead to avoid damage
