The 3-ply stainless steel promotes even heat distribution and superior heat conduction, the pan heats quickly and food cooks evenly.

Perfect saute chefs pan
The three ply construction means the pan heats all around evenly, minimum oil is needed, heavy gauge so it is strong and sturdy, easy to clean, helper handle is a great addition.
A great all round pan for a family of 4.

Cooks like a dream
This pot is terrific to cook with but be aware it is double the depth of a normal frying pan. This makes it possible to function as a sauce pan as well as being great for stir frying.
