Quality does not match the brand name
Used for only a week with non-metal utensils, and lots of scratches appeared which I have no clue what caused it to happen. In addition, I am a vegetarian, so I've never cooked any shelled seafood with this wok. Having a Tefal pan for almost FOUR years, and hardly see any scratches. This product is so-called "Toughened" non-stick, but the scratches proved it isn't.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

So so
Got it now for a year, only using plastic utensils, it worked okay, but the coating is showing wear. Also, the heat distribution is not ideal on a big burner... All our skillets are now cast iron and it works great. But fried rice needs a wok, so we will change this wok to a heavy-duty cast iron one.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
