Unfulfilled product guarantee
Damage started with dishwasher marks and over time the surface became dull and ugly. Took it in to branch. Was told it was due to wear and tear and they offered a 30% discount on my next purchase! When asked about lifetime guarantee, I was told its only on materials. I will not support Le Creuset anymore.

Very disappointing for the price and empty promises
The non-stick coating does not last longer than a year. Le Creuset does not honour their promise of lifetime warranty/replacement. I would suggest you take it off your catalog, it is not up to the Le Creuset or Yuppiechef standard.

The perfect casserole/utilitarian pan
Love, love love it. For my husband, we can make whole meals in it. Eggs for breakfast, warming leftovers, stir fry, steamed veggies...
It does it all!
And, so easy to clean and maintain.

We’ve just upgraded all of our cookware to nearly 100% Le Creuset. Apart from being able to be more ambitious with recipes, it’s great that everything is turning out so well. Le Creuset gives confidence.

Lives up to its promise!
This pan promises even cooking and easy cleaning. It is every bit as good as the promise and also looks good enough to serve from.
