Nice Knob
Nice knob of a decent size. The shape makes it a pleasure to use.
This knob is not made of copper. It is a stainless steel knob with a copper-coloured finish.
The stainless steel knobs can withstand higher temperatures than the black phenolic knobs, although I've never had a problem with my phenolic knobs melting or warping in a 240°C oven. This was a replacement fo Read more
