It is worth the price, looks good and very sharp. It also feels good in the hand, with smaller hands. It may not be long but has its use.

I love this bread knife. It cuts beautifully... and is very light to handle. At first I had some doubt to its cutting abilities ... just because it was so beautiful to look at and the presentation in the wooden container. I chose the magenta pink ... But, knowing Laguile knives from the past, I gave it a try. Wonderfully sharp and cuts the bread perfectly.

Excellent quality blade, makes cutting bread really enjoyable.

I would spend the extra for the wooden handle next time, the plastic isn't as high quality as the blade. But for the price, it is difficult to complain.

The knife looks beautiful and works well. I was at first concerned that it wouldn't work well as it is very light but it works splendidly. Cuts through crusty bread like ciabatta and sourdough easily. I love it and would definitely recommend it.

Too small to be called a bread knife. Beatifully made but not functional for sourdough breads, maybe for english muffins, etc.

Bought this as a gift for someone - nicely presented in a wooden box. The width of the blade is nothing more than 2cm; I expected it to be a little bit wider and have a little bit more 'meat' to it. If you are looking for a funky, sleek, smaller bread knife, this is for you!
