Specifications

Blade and fork length: 28cm
Materials: 13% stainless steel knife, 1.2mm hardened stainless steel blade; synthetic handle

Care Instructions

Wash set after use in warm, soapy water, and dry immediately. Do not allow them to stand in water, or come into contact with a heat source. Remember not to use abrasive sponges on them either, in order to maintain their finish
We do not recommend washing these tools in the dishwasher. In the dishwasher, water can creep in between the metal and the handle, reducing the life of the handle

It is a beautiful set but the knife is quite blunt. This means I now have to buy a knife sharpener in order to use the set. If the knife was sorted I would definitely recommend it!

Slender elegant attractive design. I would have preferred serrations on the knife as then they do not need to be sharpened but that is just a personal preference as I do not like having to sharpen knives.

To be fair, I've just received this carving set so don't know yet if it does the job. The finish is not what I expected as the edges of the carving fork and the non-cutting edge of the carving knife are quite rough.

I received the same design bread knife for my kitchen tea and bought this carving set out of sentimental value and because I love the design... I must just say that the carving knife is slippery especially when used on crispy meats...
