Perfect for proteins
If you are looking for a probe to use for proteins then this is it. You can set your own temperature range, or use the recommended ones on the thermometer. I like that you can carry the monitor part around with you. And so far, the cord sits in the oven perfectly. Time will tell if this lasts. Does not work.
This is basically an expensive egg timer as the probe does not work and won't give you the current temperature of the meat.
