What a great toaster!
I love this toaster! Especially love the bagel function as it toasts bagels to a perfect crisp. For smaller slices like artisanal bread or just smaller loaves the nifty lever extends upwards to raise the slice so you don't lose a single crumb. It also looks beautiful and would fit in with any kitchen due to its superb stainless steel finish. Love, love!

Terrible quality!
18 months in and the handle to push toast down has broken off and the bread is only toasted on one side.
