• Wash thoroughly before first use
• Hand wash only
• Leave to cool completely before washing
• Avoid the use of metal utensils or scourers to prevent damage to the non-stick coating
• If food becomes stuck to the wok, add a few tablespoons of biological washing powder, fill to the top with water and leave to soak overnight away from the stove
• Suitable for use on all stovetops, including induction. For induction use, don't use a high power setting and never heat the wok up empty
• Check your induction manufacturer's instructions regarding compatibility of products
• Don't allow the wok to boil dry
• For maximum efficiency, match the size of the hot plate to the size of the base and make sure the wok is in the centre of the plate
• Always lift pan off the hotplate and inspect the base to ensure all areas are smooth before cooking on the hob
• Regularly check that there is no movement in the handle
