Also for poached eggs...
The 7 x 3.5 rings are great for fuss-free poached eggs. Rub the inside with a drop of oil/butter/Spray&Cook, and place in a non-stick frying pan with 2cm or so simmering water. Three minutes later you'll have soft, creamy poached eggs - way nicer than any of the silicone gadgets I've tried.

Exactly what I wanted.
Size and quality is perfect and as described. the tongs are uniform and strong. Perfect for small cheesecakes, steak tartare or even frying eggs. Very happy.

You can't do without this!
This is the second set of ring moulds I am ordering and I love it. If you are a serious cook like me, and do a LOT of entertaining, up your presentation ante and give your delicious food the beautiful aesthetics it deserves.
