My Maslin Pan was put straight to the test - 7kg of raspberries were made into delicious jam. It boiled quickly, and with the big size of the pan, my work space was less splattered compared to previous jam days.

I have wanted this pan for a while now and was eventually lucky enough to buy it. It was worth every cent. I have had it for a week now and have made three batches of jam and a large batch of lemon cordial in it. It is wonderful and handled 3kg of strawberries for jam easily with hardly any splashing. If you like making jam I believe this pan is invaluable.

I've used this pan about 10 times already since I bought it a couple of weeks ago, making marmalade. It cooks nice and evenly, is very easy to clean and is well balanced for carrying/pouring. The volume markers on the inside are useful. Perfect for the job in my opinion.

I have finally used my Maslin pot / pan to cook a fantastic watermelon preserve. The heat distribution is excellent. The syrup and watermelon pieces did not get scorched when the pot was on maximum heat on the stove. I was able to decant the syrup with great ease into the sterilised, filled bottles. The pot is very easy to handle. Thank you.

I was nervous about buying a pan I hadn't seen, but this Maslin Pan has already surpassed my expectations. I have had it for just over a week and have used it for cordials, quince jelly, membrillo and my cheesemaking. It even did double duty as a milking bucket. I haven't packed it away yet as it has been used daily. Very happy with the quality. Would love a lid, but am looking for a cheap lid for those few times I need one. Read more

If you really serious about making jam or marmalade... get yourself this pot and see how much the quality of your preserves will improve.

You don't need to limit yourself to JUST jamming ... even this pot does not come with a lid... there will be lids in your kitchen which can fit inside the pot for cooking other dishes as well.
