Stainless steel thermometer designed for measuring the temperature of milk and frothed milk for use when making and serving drinks.

The easy to read Celsius and Fahrenheit dial has the ideal frothing temperature outlined, and clips easily to the side of a jug or saucepan to monitor the temperature as the milk is being warmed / frothed. For perfect froth for cappuccinos, liquid should reach a temperature of between 65 - 70°C.

I bought this thermometer to make yoghurt, and have since used it to froth milk for coffee as well. It is excellent. It is accurate, and has exactly the temperature range that I needed. My yoghurt came out PERFECTLY! The pot clip works very well on my pots and places the tip exactly in the middle of my medium sized pot. I am very happy and have already recommended this product to other people.

I bought this thermometer to take the guesswork out of making simple vinegar cheese - the milk needs to get to 185f but not boil. It is a well-priced and robust thermometer, easy to read, easy to clean, clips onto the pan (even one with a big lip on the rim) is height adjustable, and as far as I know, is accurate enough for the home kitchen (We're not splitting the atom here!). Great value, does the job. Nice. Read more

There is nothing wrong with the thermometer. It works well.
However it is not necessary.
I have found that the froth at the optimal temperature wedge on the thermometer is really rather hot to drink. If frothed at a lower temperature the froth is both stiffer and nicer to drink with more of the coffee taste coming through.

This is the best thermometer I've ever used. The clip makes it a hands-free kitchen tool. The stainless steel casing and prong makes it robust, easy to clean and the dial is easy to read. Must have this for making yoghurt and cheese and of course for the perfect temperature control to froth your milk.

I used this thermometer to make Yoghurt and I got very good yoghurt. Its a must have. Very accurate and easy to use. Also love that it shows 2 units of measurement, degrees Celsius and degrees Fahrenheit. No need to look for a converter before cooking. I'm one happy customer.

I actually bought the product to measure the temperature of the hot water from my geyser since I thought it was far too hot. Turned out to be close to 70 degrees and not the 55 degrees that it was meant to be! Excellent product for this purpose as well.

This product works but the probe is shorter than I expected, it cannot reach the milk in my pot. I have to hold it in the milk by hand to get a reading, please put the physical dimensions on your adverts.
