Does as advertised for my espresso machine, I prefer the design on this one to the others but that's just personal preference. Nice finish, solid. The larger size is meant to fit a moka pot but it doesn't fit my single mini moka, probably only the proper sized ones.

Works perfectly with both my Kenwood espresso machine and my stovetop espresso pot. Nice and heavy, certainly works better than the plastic tamper that I was using before. Good price too.

This is so much better than the plastic one I received with my coffee machine. the double size means I can use it on the machine filters and with my pour over coffee maker. loving the experience of improving my coffee making.

I like it and it works well with larger filters but it is just too large for my Breville which I use daily, so a bit of a waste for me.

It was such a great idea - sleek design, good weight, decent price.

But I also found it to be a frustratingly sized piece.

It sits on the top of my Breville coffee basket, without being able to actually tamp the grounds. It's approximately 1mm too wide. I tried both baskets in case it was a defect on the side of my machine.

The plastic tamper that came with the machine is still more effective, for all its shortcomings. Which makes the other positive features of this classier tamper slightly redundant. Read more

Well made but sizes are reported incorrectly.
True sizes are 58mm and 52.2mm.

The product is made from quality material with a good finish, but my unit was not perfectly round so it didn't fit into my portafilter without some minor sanding.

It is very well made but is the same diameter as the coffee holders in my two espresso machines i.e. 51mm and therefore is too big and I can't use it. It. should be 50mm.
