This traditional Danish Dough Whisk is an excellent tool for mixing together the ingredients for bread before kneading without overworking the dough. This is an ideal tool for breaking up the lumps and getting the water, flour and any sourdough starter mixed up perfectly.

It is maybe not for all types of dough. Used it to mix my sourdough to a point. Still had to get stuck in with my hands afterwards but the flour was better hydrated when using this to mix than what it is when I mix by hand.

I would recommend this product to a friend.
