Disappointing
I had the product for just over a year. It stopped working, sent it in for repair, the feedback was that I had to pay for the repair because the PCB is fault. Over R1400, I can’t believe such an expensive toaster can’t last more than a year. I have a great investment in KitchenAid appliances but now I am worried about all the other products.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Beautiful but it ends there
It looks absolutely beautiful but it doesn't toast well in spite of the numerous settings. It also broke literally just out of guarantee and I very rarely used it.
The kettle is incredible, works like a charm and as much as I would like to get a toaster to match I really don't think this toaster is worth the price tag.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

New era toaster
The most amazing toaster. Never thought a toaster could be such a pleasure to operate. Mostly automatic-thinks for itself. You just pop the bread (any kind) into the slot, decide how you want it toasted and the machine does the rest!

Rolls Royce of toasters!
KitchenAid is seriously the Rolls Royce of kitchen appliances! I never knew a toaster could do so many functions. Smooth, efficient & intelligent. More impressive is the fact that I got the free KitchenAid Kettle with this toaster.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

If you buy this, then it's for the looks.
The browning control is useless, if you don't want burned toast then watch it like a hawk as you would do a cheap toaster, in fact, a cheapie with a timer would be better as at least you'd have some control
