The KitchenAid Pasta Press is ideal for making fresh home-made pasta in more complicated shapes. It comes standard with a cleaning tool and set of 6 different pasta discs for making pasta of various lengths, widths and shapes. Each disc is composed of one metal frame and two plastic inserts. The KitchenAid Gourmet Pasta Press is compatible with all KitchenAid Stand Mixers.

Works very well!
It's of course a lot of money, but we started making sourdough pasta at home and flat sheets gets boring somewhere down the line.
The products works really well and is easy to use. It's a very robust design which I’m sure will last a lifetime.
