KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer Wire Whip

Thanks for my new whisk. I stupidly put my previous one in the dishwasher and all the powder coating came off. Consequently when I used it I got trails of black through whatever I was whipping. Everyone out there: Be Warned!!!!

I never used to make meringues as the egg whites were difficult to mix and I never got enough air incorporated into the mixture. This whip is just absolutely awesome. My meringues are light and fluffy and turn out perfectly every time. Also, whipped cream 500ml in just a minute.

I love KitchenAid, the colours & the retro look. But this is my second wire whisk I’ve bought to attach to my sturdy machine and unfortunately it lasted just two cake mixes before it broke. One of the wires came loose. Not a huge deal as it still mixes fine without all of them, but for the price it just doesn’t seem to match the quality.

I bought this product to replace the part that had been broken. I use my KitchenAid Mixer daily. A must for any kitchen.
