Care instructions
- Don't leave the thermometer in the oven while cooking
- Don't touch the hot probe with bare hands
- Wash the metal probe in soapy water
- Clean the thermometer using a damp cloth
- Don't completely immerse the digital thermometer in water
- Rinse thermometer in running water after being in contact with food
- Store in a dry location at room temperature
- Sterilise the metal probe by inserting it into boiling water for several minutes
