Product Info
This unique hallowed spirit is double distilled in copper pot stills and matured in French oak barrels for 13 years. Blended under the watchful eye of renowned Master Distiller, Kobus Gelderblom, the final result is smooth and lingering with a pleasing aftertaste of vanilla and apricot. The final blend results in a unique flavour combination of delicate dried peaches and litchi with a hint of herbs from the Karoo bush.

Old Fashioned Cocktail Recipe:
- 50ml Karo Brandy
- 15ml sour fig syrup (or maple syrup)
- 7 dashes Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients to a stirring beaker with ice. Stir until cold and diluted. Strain into chilled rocks glass with ice. Garnish with orange zest.
About Karo Brandy
The story of this brandy has its roots in the Klein Karoo, the mystical valley between the Swartberg and Langeberg Mountain ranges; the home of the farm where the Colombar grapes, that are the essence of Karo brandy, are grown. Legend has it that these fine grapes were planted and conjured by the hands of our heroine Karo — a wild-haired goddess that infused her sacred earth with nurturing spells.
Karo Brandy is her story in a bottle. She is depicted on the bottle on her Tarot card as she floats above the beautiful Karoo landscape — inviting us to share the fruits of her magic.
