Kenwood Moderna-2-slice Toaster, 815 W.
First toaster returned as it didn't toast. Had to toast 3 times before brown even on highest setting. No problems with receiving the replacement, but had the same problem. I did report it and nothing was done. I gave up and bought another toaster somewhere else. It's such a pity as I bought the matching kettle that works wonderfully. Also disappointed as I really liked the product.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Amazing toaster!
Definitely a beautiful toaster and looks great on my countertop! It toasts really well, however it does seem like the bread does not go down all the way and leaves a little bit un-toasted at the top (could be user error too perhaps). Besides that, it still is a great toaster and was worth the money.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

This product looks amazing but works terribly.
This product is disappointing, doesn't toast the whole slice of bread and takes forever to toast the bread and you have to put it on the highest setting to toast the bread properly.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
