Perfect.
Makes perfect toast and looks beautiful doing it.
On the highest setting, toast is nice and brown but not burnt - so you can’t burn your toast, which I find is usually the problem with toasters (why on earth they include a “hellfire and brimstone” setting is beyond me) so in short, this toaster is perfect.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Disappointing.
This toaster looks very pretty but, steer clear if you like your toast brown.
At the highest setting, the toast comes out blond and needs to be put back in for a minute or so.
I sent it back but the manufacturers said the toaster reached the requisite temperature so it's back with me now.
