- Do not use harsh scourers or steel wool to clean, as these may scratch or damage the cookware surface

- For storage, make use of pan protectors or soft cloths between stacked items to prevent scratches

Great pan.
I've been using it for over a year now. It is amazingly light, heats fast, and needs minimal gas. If done right, it is better than non-stick.
I learned that trick from my 30-year-old Demeyere 28cm stainless steel pan.

Best investment into my kitchen.
The pan is incredibly well-built and distributes heat amazingly on a gas stove. In the short time I have used it, nothing sticks at all, as long as you preheat the pan properly.
Also, this looks amazing in the kitchen, and I would definitely buy the pan again. Highly recommended!
