While some baking papers are coated with Quilon, which contains heavy metals like chromium that can be toxic when incinerated, If You Care Parchment Paper uses silicone, which is derived from a natural element.

Love 'em
These are great in the oven. No more foil or oil or non-stick spray. Caramelisation/browning is largely unaffected; it might be my imagination, but I feel like moisture loss is also lower. Package says they are good in oven up to 220 Celcius, but I have used them in oven temperatures of around 240 Celcius, and they do char on the edges, however maintain their non-stick properties. Excellent quality/durability
I tried it for the very first time and totally impressed with the baking sheets. Strong enough to carry a 2kg bread dough by just holding it on the sides. Baking my bread at 250 Celsius, no problem for this parchment. Really impressed, will surely order again.

Love this product.
I’ve wanted unbleached parchment for ages and finally found it’s available from my favourite online shop.
The sheets are precut and although a little short, are fine on my baking sheets and only need a slight trim on a roasting tin I use for baking a sheet cake.
