It features the characteristic scalloped blade which helps to prevent food from sticking to the blade by creating air pockets as you slice.

Great knife, well worth it!
I was nervous to buy this knife as it had no reviews yet, but I bought it as a Christmas present and the receiver loved it!
The Granton grooves on the edge of the knife help things fall off it easily, great product!
