Cancelling My Order

Am I able to cancel my order if I have already paid?

Unfortunately not. If you have already paid, your order can’t be cancelled and your items can only be returned to us after they’ve been delivered or collected from one of our stores or Postnet branches. You can follow our returns process by logging a return on our website, as long as your order falls within our Returns Policy.

How do I cancel my order if I have not paid?

If you have not yet paid for your order, you will receive an email from us in a few days notifying you that the order has not yet been paid for. In this email, you will find a link that will enable you to cancel the order.
