Create you registry for free here, fill in the required information, press the on "Create registry" button, and you're done.
You can add items to your registry by browsing Yuppiechef.com, find what you like and select quantity and then click the 'Add to Registry' button underneath the 'Add to Cart' button.

You can log in to your Yuppiechef account and remove items and add new ones whenever you wish. You can also leave them and swap them out when you close your registry.
You can tweak your wedding registry until you decide to close it after your celebration. In fact, we encourage you to keep an eye on your registry, especially in the week leading up to the event, to make sure that there are still enough gifts available for your guests and enough of a price range to suit all of their pockets. Your registry can be created as long before your event as you like — from a few months to a few years. We recommend having it all set up before you send out your invitations, so that guests have plenty of time to choose a gift for you. So approximately 3 to 4 months prior to your celebration date.
