If your product is faulty and no longer works properly, please log a repair on your Yuppiechef account by following this link:

Returns & Repairs 

  • Click on the 'Arrange a Repair' button
  • Click on 'View' next to the correct order number
  • Select the relevant product in the order
  • Fill in what the fault on the product is and click 'next'
  • Choose to drop the product off at one of our retail stores or to have us collect the item/s from you
  • Fill in your contact details and read and tick the checklist boxes
  • Click 'submit' and take note of the 'YCR' reference number

A customer service agent will be in contact with you once the product has arrived at our warehouse and will keep you informed of next steps.

Please take note of the following:

Yuppiechef will not be liable for any damage to your appliance caused by shipping. Please ensure that you have packed the item to be repaired in its original packaging, if possible, AND in another box with as much padding and protective packaging as possible.
