I lost connection while trying to make my payment, what now?

Not to worry. When you place an order, we send you an order confirmation email, even when payment hasn't been made yet. In this email, you will find our bank details as well as links for completing the payment via credit card, eBucks or Discovery Miles.

I lost connection while trying to pay and I'm not sure if my payment was successful?

If your payment was successful, you will receive and email confirming your payment.
