Can I come and purchase from your offices or store?

We do have a selection of items that are immediately available to purchase from our store in Westlake. If the item on the website is available to ship immediately, you are welcome to purchase it directly from the store instead of ordering online.

In the event that the item is available but not on display in the store, we are able to get it from our warehouse, but it may take a few minutes. Alternatively, call our customer service team in advance for us to have it ready waiting for you.

How often do you get new products?

Is there a warranty on products?

It depends on the brand that you've purchased, but in most cases there is. The warranty is usually listed on the product page.

Do you sell Nespresso Capsules?

Unfortunately not, you will need to purchase these directly from Nespresso.
