Why might your order be delayed?

We’re taking a conservative approach with our delivery estimates for the time being, while some parts of our supply chain are still dealing with effects of the lockdown. These include suppliers and couriers temporarily closing while managing Covid infections in their workplaces, and backlogs at Cape Town’s port delaying import stock coming in. 

We’re doing our best to get orders shipped quickly and safely, within the estimated timelines that we give to you, and we’ll always try to let you know if something impacts the delivery of your order.
