Bear with us while we blitz through our backlog

During the initial five weeks of lockdown we received many customer orders for products that fell outside of our defined list of "essential goods" at that time. When we were able to expand the range of products we could deliver, those orders became available to be prepared and packed for delivery — creating a sudden backlog in our warehouse. 

We've increased our warehouse shifts in a safe and responsible way, and are doing everything we can to clear the order backlog as quickly as possible. All orders are being prioritised by the date on which they were placed, with the earliest ones being shipped first.

We're currently estimating that orders placed now are likely to take roughly 7 to 14 days to ship.

In some cases suppliers have not yet re-opened, and we'll only be able to deliver their items once they do. Please bear with us while we do everything we can to catch up, and we'll try get back to our normal speed ASAP. Right now, we'll be very grateful for any patience you have to spare.
