How do I track my order?

Via Shipping Notification Email

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped with a link that you can use to track your order.

Via Your Account Page

To check the whereabouts of your order log in to your account

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

To check the whereabouts of your order, you will need to go to log in to your account.
Click on the drop-down arrow next to your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Select “your orders” and a list of your current and previous orders will appear. The status of your order will show on this page.

If your order has already been shipped click on “track” and you will be redirected to the courier tracking page. If you are still uncertain about where your order is, you can call our in-house Delivery Agent on 087 8207 498.

What happens if you send me the wrong things?

That never happens. Jokes. We are humans, not machines. If we have delivered the wrong product, a faulty product, or if you received your order and it was not in one piece please log a return case and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
