Returning Broken / Faulty Products

My order arrives broken, what do I do?

That never happens. Jokes. We are humans, not machines :)

If you received your order and it was not in one piece please log an after sales case within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do so by logging in to your Yuppiechef Account and clicking on 'Returns & Repairs' in the left hand side grey column. Select the order in question and follow the steps to create an aftersales case. We will do our best to action this as quickly as possible.  

What happens if the product I have bought is faulty?

If within 6 months of purchase, you have used a product and found it to be faulty we will collect the product at our expense and either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstance. In order to make this happen you will need to log an after sales case. You can do so by logging in to your Yuppiechef Account and clicking on 'Returns & Repairs' in the left hand side grey column. Select the order in question and follow the steps to create an aftersales case. We will do our best to action this as quickly as possible.  Some products have longer warranties and these are usually listed on the product page of each relevant product.

You sent me the wrong stuff, what do I do?
