Disappointed.
I bought this carving knife to cut crusty loaves of bread, but it's so weak that it was absolutely useless. I got it in anticipation of easily slicing bread when my home was full of guests for Christmas. Sadly, I threw out the packaging before I had tried the carving knife and so I'm unable to return it. The weakness of the motor makes it useless to cut through anything that is not quite soft. I w Read more
