A handy smaller knife for tackling all kinds of cooking tasks. Great for cutting meat, vegetables and small fish and the smaller size will make this a perfect chef's knife for those with smaller hands or prefer smaller knives.

This chef's knife will quickly and easily cut through meat or vegetables. The GS series is a classic collection of small to medium-sized knives for general and special preparation.
