A little larger and wider than the average paring knife, this small, all-purpose knife can tackle many tasks. A perfect knife to devein shrimp, for removing seeds from chilli peppers and skinning or cutting small garnishes.
This knife is ideal for many small kitchen jobs like chopping herbs and slicing small to medium sized vegetables. The knife has a straight back and a very pointed edge with a small blade, which is ideal for slicing. Razor sharp edges and a comfortable handle combine to make a very popular knife.
