Product info

As you can imagine, being a Genevieve MCC, this is a delicious Rosé, originating in Bot River, perfumed with fruit, spice and florals. While it is labeled as Brut, there is just a whisper of sweetness on the palate. Bright, fresh and thoroughly enjoyed with celebrations and any moment worth a toast and one glass is rarely enough.

  • Rosé Cap Classique NV, 750ml
  • Crafted from Shiraz grapes grown on Melissa's Bot River estate
  • Aged on the lees for a minimum of 12 months to develop complexity and a persistent mousse
  • Delicately perfumed with red berry fruit, gentle spice, and floral aromas
  • A generous, fruit-forward Brut Cap Classique with a gentle touch of sweetness on the palate
  • Bright, fresh finish that keeps each sip beautifully balanced and refreshing

Care instructions

  • Wine should be stored upright, as this helps preserve the integrity of the cork and prevents excessive contact with the wine’s bubbles
  • Keep bottles in a cool, dark place with a stable temperature (ideally 12–15°C), away from direct sunlight and vibration
  • Consistency is key — fluctuating conditions can compromise freshness and the fine mousse that defines Cap Classique
