Substitute for bacon in the turkey stuffing
Franck's turkey recipe looks incredible, but my mom won't eat bacon. What can I substitute this with, if anything?

glad you like the course!
i would not substitute the bacon with anything, just use smoked salt instead of normal salt for your stuffing, it will give a nice little smokiness...
