Best cupcake recipe
Hi there,
I was hoping someone /anyone out there will be willing to share a moist, soft cupcake recipe? I have tried a few but somehow or the other I always find its either too dry or not soft enought or too soft and floppy for that matter....I am on the search for the best vanilla cupcake recipe with buttercream frosting ....hope some1 can assist me ?
P.S: I live in Jhb so I have even tried changing meaurements to adjust to climate etc but still no luck... :(((

Check out Moir's Cupcake recipe (find link below). My friend and I discovered it and we absolutely love it! Even my cousin in pta said it worked excellent.
