Can I turn the salmon & dill terrine out of the ramekins/loaf tin to serve as a free standing terrine, or does it need to be served in the dish it was cooked in?

hi Linda,
yes you can turn the salmon terrine out of the ramekins, it'll be better if you do this when they are at room temp or even cold, maybe just run the blade of a small knife along the inside of the ramekin and gently shake the terrine loose before turning it out....
goo luck !!
