Festive Feast

Hi

I throughly enjoyed the festive feast cooking course. Could the chocolate Christmas log be made in advance and placed in the fridge? I live in Durban and it is extremely hot and humid in December. I'm worried that the chocolate will melt off the log. I also wanted to know if the stuffing can be made a day in advanced?

Thank you!

Hi Leslie

We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the course! Yes, absolutely, the chocolate log can be made one or two days in advance and kept in the fridge. Just make sure you store it in an airtight container. The stuffing can also be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Have a look at the course notes for more info :)

Enjoy cooking up a feast!
