Video Technicalities
Hi there,
I see there are reported technical difficulties with the videos and that they are being attended too. Could you please kindly advise when more or less we will be able to view them? I know I can juct click on "Completed" to get the lesson done, but I would really like to view them to participate in the complete learing experience.

I've watched lesson 1 yesterday and lesson 2 this morning and both were ok. I ran mine in normal mode as is on the screen, not full screen mode and I use Google Chrome as my web browser. Hope that helps.
I tried mine both in "On Screen" mode and "Full Screen" mode, neither working unfortunatley. And I can't download or use Google Chrome on the current network, so I guess Google Chrome is the key here. Thanks so much for the feedback though.

We're sorry that you're having trouble viewing the videos. We are working on sorting out these issues as quickly as we can. In the meantime, as Bianca, suggested using Google Chrome is the best bet. Perhaps there's another computer with Google Chrome on it where you can watch the videos? Otherwise as I mentioned we are working on this issue and look to have it fixed soon.
