Hi Lindsay, what a great purchase! Here are some of our favourite juices: Let us know if you come up with some interesting ones of your own.

If you are looking for ideas for the pulp, it generally works well (depending what has gone into it) added to muffins, baked fruit tarts or fruit cakes.

Lindsay, if you use a lot of fruit you can mix it into pancakes, waffles, breads. If you use a larger ratio of vegetables, mix it in with some chicken broth and you got a good tasting soup. I haven't come with the idea, took some time to look through the sources like this one:

My problem is I mix all my juices - carrot, cucumber, apple. Or Grapefruit, beet, celery. Or whatever. So it might taste funny.
But usually the rule is simple. If it is tasty it could be used in a pancakes mix at least.
