What am I doing wrong please? I just purchased a spiral cutter and when using it to make zoodles I am left with an entire core and half an uncut corgette?
Can send pic if this doesn't explain the problem

Hello, it's normal to have little bits of your veggies left over after slicing them (the core and the piece at the end which you will need to hold). We suggest slicing them up and adding to your dish, save for soup or salads, or compost. You can read a bit more at the end of this article: https://www.yuppiechef.com/spatula/how-to-choose-a-spiraliser/
